Fryni as a creative and absolutely organised woman and a lover of cuisine and Lefkada organises lessons of Lefkadian cuisine during the summer months for the visitors of the island.

She knows well that tourism is not a static phenomenon. On the contrary, it constantly evolves offering the visitors of each place not just a nice landscape, a beautiful beach or high quality hotel accommodation, but also knowledge and a direct contact with whatever each place has to offer. In the context of thematic tourism and knowing well this particular part, she chooses gastronomy to promote her island in a creative, pleasant and tasteful manner.

FLAVOURS OF LEFKADA

Lefkada, although a small place, holds a reach culinary treasure and a great variety of ingredients, unique in the world, with endless gastronomic possibilities.

Lentils from Eglouvi, Lathiria (horse peas) from Karya, salami and sausage from Lefkada, Lefkadian olive oil and wine, meat and poultry from the villages of the island, fish and seafood from Meganisi, fresh vegetables and fruits from our own garden. Ecah dish start from zero and, step by step, reaches the highest gastronomic quality, prepared and cared for by Fryni and her students who will later on enjoy it all together as if they were a company of old friends.
